Frances Carolyn Boucher

Frances was born on February 25th, 1927 in Taylor Co., TX. Frances' father was William Oscar “Bee” Boucher and her mother was Hazel (Big Ma) Margarite Miller. Her paternal grandparents were James Monroe Boucher and Sophronia E. Friday. She had four brothers and four sisters, named James, William , Guy, Tommie, Jo, Judy, Patsy and Loyce. She is the oldest of the nine children.
