Juantia was born on January 31st, 1963.  Juantia's father is Clarence Goodwin and her mother is Juanita Christine Barrow.  Her maternal grandparents are Walter Bernard Barrow and Cleopatra Estella Miller. She has five brothers and a sister, named Clarence, Michael, Boyd, Charles, John and Rebecca.  She is the youngest of the seven children.
