Melinda Jane Browning

Melinda was born on December 14th, 1922 in Dermott, Scurry Co., TX. Melinda's father was James Madison Browning and her mother was Ruby Martha Sarah Sanders. Her maternal grandparents were James Wesley Sanders and Rhoda Jane Brandon. She had six brothers and two sisters, named James, Johnny, James, Nealy, Ellis, Billy, Ruby and Patsy. She is the second oldest of the nine children.
