Ann was born in June 1845 in AR.  Ann's father was Julius  Sanders and her mother was Lucinda (?).  Her paternal grandparents are Steven Sanders and <Unknown>. She had four brothers and a sister, named James, John, Pleasant, Robert and Eliza.  She was the youngest of the six children. She had five half-brothers and a half-sister, named Daniel, David, Jasper, William, William and Frances.
