John was born on July 9th, 1917.  John's father was Ransom (Rance) S Lowe and his mother was Nora Sanders.  His maternal grandparents were Hansford Newton Sanders and Mary Catherine “Katie” Weems. He had a brother named Clinton.  He was the younger of the two children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Denon and Noma.  He died at the age of 66 in February 1984 in Texas.1
