John Howard Lowe (Balajka) Jr

John was born on November 30th, 1944 in Harris Co., TX. John's father was John Howard Lowe and his mother was Iris Ruth Dudley. His paternal grandparents were Ransom (Rance) S Lowe and Nora Sanders. He has a half-brother and a half-sister, named Dudley and Mary.

General Notes
- An odd situation here. His birth record seems to have the last name of his Aunt Noma and Uncle Frank Balajka. Not sure what happened here.
  
  Sandra Lee Cimerhanzel Pruett tells that John Jr.'s mother Ruth died during or shortley after his birth. This was more than his father could take and his Aunt Noma and Uncle Frank Balajka took him in and raised him. He was told later when he grew up some who is birth father was. Noma and Frank raised him all the way to adulthood.
