Lillian J. Sanders

Lillian was born on May 4th, 1896 in Dora Community, Nolan Co., TX. Lillian's father was Aaron R. Sanders and her mother was Lou Cynthia Ann “Lucynthia” Barksdale. Her paternal grandparents were William Carroll Sanders and Sarah Frances Austin. She had three brothers and three sisters, named James, Carroll, Aaron, Sarah, Josephine and Kathryn. She was the youngest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named William, Charles and Mary. She died at the age of 99 on October 20th, 1995 in Austin, Travis Co., TX.¹
