Nola was born on November 19th, 1910.  Nola's father was William Eilias Sanders and her mother was Mary Maude Hopkins.  Her paternal grandparents were Hansford Newton Sanders and Mary Catherine “Katie” Weems. She had two brothers and a sister, named David, William and Vondel.  She was the third oldest of the four children. She had two half-sisters named Bessie and Rissie.  She died at the age of 87 on December 16th, 1997 in De Queen, Sevier Co., AR.  She was buried in 1997 in Green's Chapel, Sevier Co., AR.1
