Allen Pettus Sanders

Allen was born on December 18th, 1860. Allen's father was David Stephen Sanders and his mother was Harriett H. Stewart. His paternal grandparents were Julius Sanders and Penelope (Parthenia) Fields. He had six brothers and four sisters, named William, Lorenzo, Daniel, Hansford, David, James, Narcissa, Sarah, Martha and Martha. He was the nineth oldest of the eleven children. He had two half-sisters named Missouri and Hattie. He died at the age of 79 on September 1st, 1940 in AR.
