William Jasper Sanders

William was born on September 27th, 1840. William's father was David Stephen Sanders and his mother was Harriett H. Stewart. His paternal grandparents were Julius Sanders and Penelope (Parthenia) Fields. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Lorenzo, Daniel, Hansford, David, James, Allen, Narcissa, Sarah, Martha and Martha. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He had two half-sisters named Missouri and Hattie. He died about 1863 in Civil War.
